I keep getting asked what I am doing on my break from work so I made these notes about today so far.

It has intentionally been an entire month of doing things outside of my typical studio practice. Last Thursday evening I was invited by Leighann Boquist-Bold of Oliver & Lilly's here in Vancouver to tuck myself into a beautiful party she held for LA designer Heidi Merrick and make photographs of all of the colour and dresses and ladies enjoying sparkly drinks and each other. It was a pretty good match all around.
